Individual therapy is offered in-person in the Hudson Valley and virtually throughout NY state.
Individual therapy is typically scheduled each week for 45 minutes. Skillful therapy helps you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your patterns of behavior.
It offers you skills and techniques to make progress on individualized goals. Many people come to therapy in hopes of reducing their suffering, for help in relationships or in search of how to feel more satisfaction in their lives.

For people struggling with distressing or relentless thoughts regarding body image or eating disorders, therapy can offer tools to help one be more in control.
Evidence based therapies such as CBT and DBT can be immensely helpful in managing preoccupying thoughts or distress.
My greatest goal as a therapist is to provide a comfortable, safe and thoughtful space in which to work on the issues deemed important by you.
